A wonderful place to stop with children while traveling but be sure and allow enough time to truly enjoy the dinosaurs. We stopped in with our 2-1/2 year old and our 5 year old while traveling. There was so much to see that we should have allowed more time because the kids were mesmerized with the dinosaurs and could have easily stayed much longer. We were happy enough with this stop that we want to plan a trip back when we can truly relax and really let the kids just enjoy all that there is to see.
The dumps are a work of art. Well done. Lots of hills hard for seniors. Nice walk.
So, I love a good roadside attraction, but this one was really great! We are two adults who travel around with our four dogs and this place not only allowed our dogs, but excitedly welcomed them in! That alone would be enough to earn a five star rating from me, but the park itself was actually pretty amazing. Like I said, we are two adults and it kept our interest and provided great photo opportunities. It was also extremely clean and had a nice nature park like atmosphere, which was great for the dogs after a long day in the van. We had a great time and I would recommend this to anyone in the Cave City area!
Highly recommend. Our toddler had the time of his life. Fossil dig was fun, super cool dinoplayground (more for younger kids), and owners extremely nice. We cant wait to plan another trip there.
Reasonably priced, informative displays, and friendly staff! If you have kids and you're driving through the area, definitely check it out! Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather though!
