Horrible experience! The tv in the room didn't work, the bathroom was dirty and the bed was as hard as a rock! We had to walk around the building to get ice, not a huge deal but it was 30 degrees outside. We asked for a new tv but would have had to move to the 3rd floor after we had unloaded all of our things into the room we had. My fiance is a disabled veteran with major back issues, I explained this and asked if they would just switch tvs, I offered to do it myself but was told no.
The young girl at the desk was very nice but her manager handled things very poorly. I would pay a little more than stay there, not even worth the $55 we paid. Very sad
We asked for a refund and wanted to switch hotels but we're told if we leave we will be charged anyway.... after all of this we decided to try to make the best of it but then the coup de gras I developed a rash on the side of my face that touched the pillow.
Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. They met all our needs quickly and with a smile. I truly value that! You don't get that everywhere. Room was nice. The room was also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok- very basic. Eating area was small and a bit cramped, but I was grateful for the free continental breakfast. Made mornings less stressful.
Decent motel at an affordable price with clean rooms and no frills. Very near to Mammoth Caves National Park.
They don't answer the front desk phone. I called 3 times one day to try to arrange a visit. No one every picked up the phone.
We stayed here in the fall and had a great time . The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast also exceeded expectations. I was a little disappointed that when we went to book this motel again they told us that they do not accept pets that are not service animals. Google seems to have listed this incorrectly.
