I like the drink selection. The chilli is good. And service good.
We were missing half our order and had to keep asking for the items that were missing multiple times, frosties were wrong and we never got our dipping sauces for the nuggets. Nice people but poor service. Love Wendy's but not this particular one. Cleanliness was lack of too.
Quiet stretch and a quiet Wendy's. Passable, but definitely ain't trying harder. Never too busy on the inside.
They were packed, but we got through the line quickly, food received quickly. Food was hot and everything tasted great.
This location is usually clean and consistent with service. I've visited since my childhood and now my family does after a long hike at Mammoth Cave National Park. The wait time varies, which is expected being that they are next to the interstate. The food is fresh. The bathrooms clean. The workers friendly. The only complaint is having only one self-service drink machine which can make one feel rushed. Other than last week's Frosty purchase being melted upon arrival, not an issue. Wendy's is usually quick to fix an issue, but they were 30mins from closing and had already shut down the machine for cleaning.
