I purchased a car from these people about 5 months ago the temp tag went out April 1 and still haven't received a title when I call they are very rude and say it's not there problem it must be lost in the mail have talked to the postal service they have no record of it being sent this people don't know where it's at and have never sent it do not purchase anything from them they will rip you off the worst people I have ever done business with!!!!! I am warning you do not make the same mistake we did... edit more info we have found out we have found out the car is from a auction after I directly asked the guy if it was and he said no the biggest lier every the car we purchased has had 2 blow outs ac and radio has stopped working drive shafts has broke and the spare Tire wasn't even the right bolt pattern
These people are crooks! Not professional and sell cars with severe issues. My fiance and I bought a car for 3000 (1000 down) that blew up the day after our first payment. 1 month. They would not help with any labor costs to replace the motor and pretty much told us it was our problem. Since the motor was replaced, the transmission started failing and the back brakes are locked up. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Shelleys auto sales.

My transmission went out on the car they sold me the same day that I got it And they refused to give me another car or fix the car that I had.
Shelley Auto is wonderful! My son is driving up north today from Florida and his drivers side window fell into the door. He went over to Shelley Auto and they helped him right away and got the window up and secured so he could continue his drive. AND when he asked the charge, they said no charge and were very friendly and supportive to help him get safely back on the road. THANK YOU!!!
