Went to go get a swirl ice cream cone, which showed up on the order screen as a "vanilla ice cream cone". Thought it just came up like that on the screen because they had no other button for it. After paying a worker hands me a flat, vanilla ice cream cone. I let her know that I had ordered a swirl. She looked at me and said we don't have swirl. The ice cream was so poorly poured that it fell all over my hands. I will never stop by this McDonald's again.
I don’t usually eat fast food but decided to give it a try today and ordered chicken strips and fries and it was all cold! I had to come home and heat it up to even barely enjoy it. Go to Dairy Queen!
The people there at cave city McDonald's are nicer than any other McDonald's I've been a lady really helped us out we could not find a address and ask her she stoped and explain were it was her name was Sandy great job
Had to wait a little bit longer than I expected. But the staff on the front line are very nice. Thank you all for having a good attitude.
Food was good but took 11 min for 2 doubles an egg mcmuffin and small fries and inside restaurant was empty.
